Conferences

The association holds international conferences every three years.

So far four international conferences have been organized in Halmstad, Sweden (1996,1999), in London, England (2002) and in Alicante, Spain (2005).

ITRA’s next conference will take place in Nafplion, Greece, 9-10-11 July 2008. It will be hosted by the Department of Theater Studies, University of the Peloponnese with the support of the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation and the Municipality of Nafplion. The overarching theme of the conference is “Toys and culture".
